Somebody once told me it's not a good idea to start you offer with your price. Since I tend to start to talk about the deadline, and only then start to talk about the price.

I also once read that people tend to pay more if you break up a total bill in smaller parts. Then they see lower figures, and are more tempted to accept the outcome.
