I got an email from OneForma this morning telling me my password had been changed. Never having requested that, I immediately changed it again (twice), but never could log in with the new password.
Not getting any useful replies from the general contact form, I wrote to [email protected], which apparently is set up for precisely such cases. Has anyone else had issues with them?

That's the only one I know and the one I had my old password saved for....

I needed to connect to my account a couple of days ago and my password didn't work. So I changed it, but changing it didn't work.
Today, I got an email from their Service Desk saying "This email address doesn't seem to be registered with us. Please contact us from your registered OneForma email address.", but I was entering the correct email address.

I have received the same message about password change this morning.
So I opened their website, and I saw a pop-up message on the screen, saying:
"Your account has been migrated. You will need to reset your password to access our new experience - please use “Forgot password?” to reset your login if you haven’t already."
Therefore, I have followed instructions and managed to change the password. Anyway, at the moment, I don't manage to login with the new password, ... See more I have received the same message about password change this morning.

I was waiting for my physio appointment in hospital which is a very old building and its walls are very sturdy and huge so I always have problems accessing the internet, even the hospital's free service. The people waiting never seem to have problems so I went to Settings and Wifi and under the hospital's free service there was that I had to validate which I attempted to do and that is when I received the message and I hadn't inserted any passwords. Strange, isn't it? I'm not even sure I have a ... The same. I have created account in 2023, as was requested by an agency during their selection of translators team, but I have never had an opportunity to use this platform.

The group data_protection only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list.
A bit macabre for such a corporation as CENTIFIC GLOBAL SOLUTIONS that is behind OneForma platform...

I had already forgotten about this when I got their downtime notification for Monday. So I figured I'd give it another try and nothing seems to have changed: couldn't log in with my saved password, changed it, still couldn't log in. Yes, I was able to log in, but they enforced security, and 2FA is mandatory now.

At what point does that happen, after putting in my password? Because it already fails at that point, telling me my password is incorrect.
