This is an interesting two-part radio series that is still available in streaming on the BBC website.
Here's the blurb and the link:

Great link!

I'll check it out today. I love listening to shows like that.
I also recommend:
The Word Nerds: two brothers and a friend who are language teachers at high schools in the US. Even though the two brothers have a background in German and the younger teacher has a background in Chinese and Latin, they talk about the English language in general.

Palabras al Aire: one of the segments of a Spanish radio show, which talks about the wrong uses of the language as observed during the week on the media.
Rafa, those links are great! Plenty of stuff to listen to while I'm doing the housework!
You'll probably also like Word of mouth, another BBC radio show which is currently off the air, but will be back in April. Here's the link for it anyway:

I see that Altrum translates from French, so I'd like to give this link (Des papous dans la tête - France Culture, available for podcasting):
It's a hilarious and quite clever show on litterature and wordplay. Several writers and journalists play games like reading an excerpt from a book and guessing who wrote it, writing a pastiche, creative writing, and much more...
