Morale in times of Covid
Apr 30, 2020
I would like to ask the colleagues how did pressure affect their morale and concentration. Hope everyone is safe and healthy. Let's take care of each other.

Hello, Ines! And everyone:)
I think overall morale mostly depends on the possibility of earning money to be able to continue our usual way of life. We can be afraid of catching a decease or suffer because of losing some amount of freedom, but the basic purpose of our living is survival. So, as far as we have food and feel safe at least at home, we should have stable morale. However, it is also important to support each other (at least our close friends and relatives). A person who feels someone's support will surely have higher morale resulting in more effective problem-solving.
