Prevod - engleski I make my way through the sirens and street lights, voices and eyes of the travelers. People move hastily as if they know exactly where are they headed. It occurs to me that I could board any of these trains and sail away in any direction. Suitcase rattles behind me, the most loyal of all dogs. I am a but a passer-by. And even though it may not seem so - I do have all that I need.
srpskohrvatski na engleski: Nastanak religije iz ugla evolucione psihologije - Origins of Religion from the Point of View of Evolutionary Psychology General field: Društvene nauke Detailed field: Psihologija
Prevod - engleski After the origins of religion were explained by the evolutionary psychology as a series of byproducts of mind mechanisms, disciplines such as anthropology, culturology and sociology became more important for further insights. From the initial error in perception of the outer world, religion further developed in conjunction with the society, and a lot of attributes characteristic to human communities were transferred to the "divine". Prominent biologist Richard Dawkins wondered why are family ties so heavily featured in almost all religions? Father who is in the sky, brothers and sisters are in the monasteries, and we even have a Holly Mother. That purely biological, brain-level awareness of the importance of the family relationships is easily transferred to the "divine" by means of the same byproduct. Crippen and Machalak regard this as "hypertrophied kin recognition process" where "kin recognition mechanisms are ‘usurped’ to form communities of fictive kin", while Wenegrat notes that the concept of god is the magnification of a "superparent" figure. Another “malfunctioning” mechanism is the one of pragmatic acts (those employed by the organism to achieve more with the least effort possible) which had their own byproduct, namely, the shifting of the responsibility onto non-existing beings.
