Reputacija Ministarstva zavisi od toga kakav je naš odnos prema poslu, naša međusobna komunikacija kao i komunikacija sa građanima. U tesnoj je vezi sa našim kompetencijama, ličnim stavovima i odnosom prema radu. U nastavku ovog Dokumenta dati su standardi za svaku od četiri rezultatne kategorije. To znači da treba da :
- razmenjujemo referentne informacije spremno i otvoreno u samom Ministarstvu,
- principom timskog rada na najbolji način doprinesemo ispunjavanju zajedničkih ciljeva,
- obezbedimo kontekst kojim postojanje različitih sektora ne predstavlja ograničenje za slobodnu komuni komunikaciju i saradnju
- blagovremeno tražimo, kad god je moguće, informaciju ili pomoć od drugih kao i da sami obezbedimo tražene informacije i podršku na vreme
-učestvujemo aktivno i konstruktivno na sastancima, stižemo na vreme ili blagovremeno otkazujemo svoje prisustvo na istim
- informišemo jedni druge u svim relevantnim odlukama i tendencijama, sa posebnom pažnjom na prenošenje informacija onima koji su odsutni iz Ministarstva na duži vremenski period
- saradjujemo sa kolegama uz pažnju, strpljenje i poštovanje njihovog vremena i stepena izloženosti stresu, imajući u vidu naše različite radne pozicije
- dajemo konkretne dobronamerne i konstruktivne kritike, ali i da primamo kritike otvoreno i sa poštovanjem tuđeg mišljenja

La réputation du ministère dépend de notre rapport envers le travail, de notre communication interne et de communication avec les citoyens. Elle est en relation étroite avec nos compétences, attitudes personnelles et rapport envers le travail. Des normes pour chaque de quatre catégories sont données dans le texte suivant de ce document.
- Echanger les informations de référence efficacement et ouvertement au sein du ministère lui-même ;
- Contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs communs de la meilleure façon en employant le principe de travail d'équipe;
- Assurer le contexte où l'existence de divers secteurs ne représente pas des limites pour la communication et la collaboration ;
- Chercher l'information ou l'aide des autres, aussi bien qu’assurer l'information et l'appui cherchés, à temps ;
- Participer activement et de manière constructive aux réunions, y arriver à temps ou passer l’information sur l'annulation de notre présence lors des réunions à temps;
- Informer les uns aux autres sur toutes les décisions et tendances appropriées, prêtant une particulière attention au transfert d'informations à ceux qui sont absents du ministère à une période longue ;
- Collaborer avec des collègues soigneusement, patiemment, en respectant leur temps et le degré d'exposition au stress, tenant compte de nos différentes positions ;
- Donner les critiques corrects, bienveillants et constructifs, mais accepter également des critiques d'une façon ouverte, en respectant l'opinion des autres ;
- Ne pas oublier que les différences sont les richesses ; et
- En somme, communiquer entre nous avec le respect, la tolérance et la décence, même lorsque nous sommes stressés, sous la pression et la frustration.

Reputation of the Ministry depends on our rapport to work, our internal communication and communication with citizens. It is in close relation with our competences, personal attitudes and rapport to work. Standards for each of four result categories are given in the following text of this Document.This means that we should:
- Exchange reference information promptly and open within the Ministry itself;
- By using team work principle in its best manner, contribute to the fulfillment of common objectives;
- Ensure context which will prove that the existence of various sectors does not represent limits to free communication and collaboration;
- Whenever possible, timely seek for information or assistance from the others, as well to ensure sought information and support, in time;
- Actively and constructively participate in meetings, get in time or timely cancel our presence in meetings;
- Inform each others about all relevant decisions and tendencies, paying special attention to transfer of information to those who are absent from the Ministry for longer period of time;
- Collaborate with colleagues carefully, patiently and respectively to their time and degree of exposure to stress, taking into account our different working positions;
- Give correct, benevolent and constructive critics, but also to accept critics in an open way, respecting other people’s opinion;
- Not forget that variety is wealth; and
- In whole, communicate between each others with respect, tolerance and decency, even when under stress, pressure and frustration.
