In collaboration with the Legal and the Tax Department, we have developed a “Trademark License Agreement” (Agreement) to define the terms and conditions for the use of the license granted by Corporate Retail as well as the remuneration as described above. This IC contract is necessary to comply with the transfer pricing and VAT regulations and to create a legal basis for the use of the trademark BENU and the remuneration.
