Does the EuroTermBank connection not work in MemoQ?

MemoQ has a "Lookup Term" feature that opens a window with ""Search EuroTermBank" as an option. However, when activated it displays "Lookup in progress..." and then "Lookup complete; no entries found."

However, the term has definitions at https://www.eurotermbank.com/, so why is MemoQ not finding them?

Do you make sure that you have both boxes checked in Options/Terminology plugins and 'Any match above threshold' selected?

Also, you should keep in mind that the threshold percentage is word-based. For example, you have a word concerning in your text, you set the threshold to 50% and you expect to find concern by selecting and searching for concerning because concern is more than 50% similar to concerning (say 70%). Also, you should keep in mind that the threshold percentage is word-based. For example, you have a word concerning in your text, you set the threshold to 50% and you expect to find concern by selecting and searching for concerning because concern is more than 50% similar to concerning (say 70%). However it does not work that way. It counts words when calculating the percentage. You can find something like banking concern because concern is 50% of that longer phrase (1 word out of 2 matches your search). The term you search must be stored in the base exactly as you select it: concern, not concerning.
