Hola!
Estoy pensando en montar una SL en España, en la comunidad valenciana, y me gustaría saber si alguien me puede dar consejos acerca de la puesta en marcha de la empresa (dónde encontrar información sobre subvenciones, bonificaciones, en qué epígrafe hay que darse de alta, la cuota del autónomo etc.) y además recomendaciones para llevar una buena contabilidad (prefiriría hacerla por mi cuenta porque no creo que genere mucho trabajo y prefiero ahorrar los 60+euros/mes de gastos... Lo que no tengo claro es si Translation Office 3000 también puede imprimir los libros anuales necesarios para el Registro Mercantil y calcular la renta/IVA, o si hay algún otro programa sencillo para hacer esto?

Vete a la Cámara de Comercio de tu ciudad y pregunta por la ventanilla única, creo que es lo mejor.
¿Y por qué una SL y no como autónoma normal? ¿qué ventajas tiene?

I set up an SLU around 18 months ago. It cost 3010 euros (which you have to lodge with the bank but can then withdraw once the company has been set up). Notary/Registry fees were a further 300 euros. Once the name of the SL has been approved you have to get a CIF through the local tax dept.
You need to have a separate bank account for your company. You also have to sign your accounts every year before a notary public.

I don't know how it works in Valencia but here you defer payment of the first year's Impusto de Sociedades . You still have to pay it, just not in the initial year of operation.
One benefit for agencies/clients that give you work is that they don't have make the quarterly retenciones that they do with translators that bill their services without being an SL.
As regards subsidies for SMEs your bank may be able to help point you in the right direction.

Estoy actualmente contratada por cuenta ajena y no me dejan trabajar en la traducción. Entonces pensaba montar la SL a nombre de mi marido - un chanchullo lo sé, pero si quiero ser legal...

Bueno, no se si entiendo este muy bién - tengo muy poca idea de como funcionan las Sociedades Limitadas en España - creo que sería muy interesanta para todos aca un idea de los ventajas y desventajas de registrar como un SL en vez de Autónomo....
Cuanto más cuesta en términos de administración/seguridad social etc - asumo que la cifra arriba es €220/més para el gestor... tenés que pagar seguridad social/impuestas arriba de esto?
En términos de liabilidad personal, asumo que es la empresa que tiene liabilidad y no vos personalmente....
¿Algunos ideas?

Si estas sola, no necesariamente tienes que crear una sociedad limitada. Puedes ser autónomo y tener un nombre comercial. Te das de alta en el IAE Traductores (774) y en algún otro epigrafe que creas conveniente. Esto de todos modos lo puedes modificar cuando quieras. Por ejemplo dentro de formación, etc. Si sois mas de una chica, pues os sugiero que constituyeras una SLL, la cual tiene muchos mas beneficios que la SL.

tienes que tener cuidado,pues si la empresa donde trabajas es de traducción,te pueden denunciar y tendrias un gran problema suerte
