Can I do a translation project without a termbase?

Good morning professionals and site visitors,

I have a demo version of MultiTerm and I do not have a MultiTerm termbase so Can I do a translation package and submit it completely?
Do i have to get MT Termbase file or it is not important?

You can do your translation using Trados and Word without Multiterm. In the Options menu in the Workbench, untick Term Recongnition.
