The fair was great, I enjoyed it as well! Few glitches, especially considering it was the first experience in this. But did anybody get the prize promised by Alchemy just by visiting their stall and signing up for it? Supposadly everyone who did this would get Alchemy Publisher for free, however I have no notification of any kind as to how to get it.

As far as I know, Publisher 2.5 hasn't been published yet. The atendees will get the copies when it's released.

Thank you very much for this opportunity, I'm happy you are already planning on repeating the experience (I just hope you could make some changes on the schedule for us, poor translators on the other side of the world!).
I will be completing the survey soon and would also like to know if I could get a certificate of attendance, which would come in handy for a record of PD activities.

It was a wonderful day, very useful and very fun. Thanks to ProZ.com and the exhibitors and speakers, especially Doug Lawrence who gave an awesome presentation.
I'd also love a certificate of attendance if possible. It would be very useful for CPD, specially as a relative rookie.

I have spoken with the Alchemy team and they are in the final stages of releasing the new service pack for Publisher - which facilitates easy installs, and enhanced features. Version 2.5
Alchemy anticipates that this will be ready early next week, at which point they will be sending an email to all registrants that visited the Alchemy booth.

Not only was it executed beautifully, the aesthetics really made us feel we were right there. Sad, we missed a cafeteria at the venue!

Browsing through freelancer profiles the other day, I came across one person who had a little rectangular sign (like the kind you get for SDL Certification) saying that he/she attended this conference.
How do you get this sign??
I attended, but I never knew about this sign (I may just be a little slow, I admit it), and I thought maybe it would simply "come" to your profile automatically.
Anyone knows anything about this?
