I wonder if you've ever bumped into a Grant / Scholarship for localization / Arabization !

Close to your home base, the entity most interested in the topic of Arabization is Microsoft Egypt. It has a partner that offers scholarships, but I am unable to ascertain how far it covers your interests. You might try this as a starting point:

I'm really grateful to you, but I already have won one of the general scholarships offered by companied like Raya, Microsoft.

I am a Sun Cerified Programmer and just would like, if possible, to obtain a postgraduate degree in a field related to Arabic translation, localization, or even teaching.

The (ACATAP) on the other hand is concerned only about Translation into Arabic and not localization.

If you bump into a grant / scholarship, even a distance one, concerning Arabic translation, localization, or even teaching provided by any EU country, I'd be much more grateful to you.

This is all about merit. Prior to any interview, there are always papers to be done and screened.
