Looking for average translation rate per word in NYC both into Japanese and back into English

Is there like a database that might have this information ala something like Glassdoor but for this request?

I need it as something to give structure to my pay negotiations with a local I will be collaborating with. We're both new to this so we just want something that is fair and somewhat objective.
