MemoQ: Google Cloud Translation Advanced plug-in does not have 'create glossary' feature

Hi there,
I need help with MemoQ Google Cloud Translation plug-in.
I'm using MemoQ 9.12, I'd like to create a glossary using the Google Cloud Translation Advanced feature. But when I configure the setting, the setting window says "No glossary available", without an option to create glossary as advertised.
The authentication is fine, I added the .json file, and assigned roles for my Google Console Account.
Have anyone had this issue? And how did you fix it?
