What is the point of this new box that has just appeared on the KudoZ answer page? It appears to be a way of giving the asker useful information while at the same time disqualifying yourself from posting an answer. Why should anyone want to do this? And has there been any prior discussion, or even a prior announcement, of this innovation? If so, I missed it.

Hi Jack, you were too fast!

The announcement is posted at http://www.proz.com/topic/111814

I will lock this thread to channel the discussion of the new feature in the other thread.

Regards,
Enrique
