unable to open SDL Trados 2007.

I am unable to open SDL Trados 2007.
The message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" appears. I click on it, the message disappears, nothing happens.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the program, the problem persists.

Does it matter what version of Microsoft .NET Framework SDK?

I don;t know. Try to fix it with a available version.

I did download: Microsoft .NET Framework 1.0.
I typed: C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.3705\gacutil
I got the message: Windows cannot find C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.3705\gacutil

Try full path:
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.3705\gacutil /i C:\Program Files\Microsoft.NET\Primary Interop Assemblies\adodb.dll
