The configuration librarian is the custodian and guardian of all master copies of the project’s products. The role also maintains the Issue Log. His task is to number, record, store and distribute Project Issues. In this respect, a unique location should be defined in order to establish a file cabinet archive for paper documents generated by the Project and define, also, the location where to store e-documents, to be ordered with upfront and clear criteria.
