need a headline reminding people of the language of a forum

In different forums there have been complaints because the language employed isn\'t the one that should be.

And the reason given has often been the same one:

Either a previous message was in that language or the person had seen the topic in the main page and once inside THERE\'S NOTHING REMINDING IN WHICH FORUM YOU ARE.

Would it be possible to have a headline reminding that ?
