I have a list (within a paragraph of text) of professionals who attended a meeting of an ethics committee regarding a clinical trial.

First, I'm unsure of what the abbreviations mean. The two cases in point, LN and LC, appear before the names. Kudoz allows a minimum of three letters I cannot ask the question I need to ask. Anyone know what they are?

And second, should I even include them at all? The other people on the list are all doctors and so I will use their titles

Thanks Rachel and Teresa Jul 5, 2014

Thanks, Rachel. The new version of Kudoz does allow 2 letters. A similar question had already been asked but with no replies.

Teresa, thanks but no, it's not the initials as the names are given in full after the letters.

LN may stand for Licensed Nurse

and LC for Legal consultant.

However, impossible to know for sure.
Could you Google their names and see if they pop up and thus giving you a clue?
