Could someone help me with a contract?

I am a bit ashamed asking this - but I have received a job offer from a U.S.-based subtitling company. The contract is in English, and so I am asking if some English native speaker could be so kind as to read it through and assess if I should be careful or if there is no risk. As it is 6 pages long, I will send it by e-mail.
