Hello! 

I'm a native English speaker from Oregon, USA. After getting my Associate's Degree in Oregon, I worked as a dental assistant for several years before starting out as a freelance translator. 

I learned Spanish from my bilingual mother at home, and became much more fluent after moving to a Spanish-speaking country in 2018. In January of that year I started translating texts on software and video games, and discovered that I loved translating. Because of that love of language, I enrolled at UC San Diego Extension in early 2019 and expect to complete a Professional Certificate in Spanish/English Translation and Interpretation Fall 2020.
