ABSTRACT
The Student Care and Supporting System (SCSS) is intended to assist students systematically by utilizing clear methods and instruments for the purpose of developing students to be clever, ethical, drug-free and able to live a happy life in society.
The objectives of this study was three-fold: 1) to investigate the current state of problems and needs in developing the SCSS in aspect of knowing of individual student, 2) to propose feasible methods to develop the SCSS in aspect of knowing of individual student, and 3) to develop the SCSS in aspect of knowing of individual student at Buntharikwittayakarn School.
Totally, there were 38 participants taking part in this study: the researcher, 31 advisers of the lower secondary students, 5 heads and sub-heads of the lower secondary level, and the head of student affairs administration. The research sample, which was obtained via stratified random sampling, consisted of 300 persons including 5 school administrators, the head of student affairs administration, 5 heads and sub-heads of the lower secondary level, 3 resource persons, 143 lower- secondary students and 143 parents.
Data were collected by using: 1) a survey questionnaire on the current state of problems and needs of developing the SCSS in aspect of knowing of individual student, 2) pre- and post-tests, 3) an interview form for the workshop, 4) an interview form for the supervision and monitoring, 5) a record form for the supervision and monitoring, 6)an advisor’s observation form, 7) a satisfaction evaluation form for the research participants, 8) a satisfaction evaluation form for the students and their parents. The researcher employed the triangulation technique to produce and check data and presented the result by using descriptive analysis.
The findings were illustrated as follows.
1) The current state of problems and needs of developing the SCSS in aspect of knowing of individual student was rated, as a whole, at the moderate level. Concerning the needs of developing the SCSS in aspect of knowing of individual student, it was rated, as a whole, at the highest level. After using pre- and post- tests with the involved participants, it revealed that all of the participants obtained higher scores in the post-test. This contributed to their better understanding in implementing the SCSS to provide assistance to the students more efficiently. Additionally, the participants also gained more confidence when dealing with all aspects of the SCSS, particularly in aspect of knowing individual student.
2) The results of developing the SCSS in aspect of knowing individual student via the strategy of using the workshop were as follows. The workshop was organized by having the experts lecture about the foundation of the SCSS in all aspects: 1) individual student information, 2) systematical screening, 3) promotion, 4) prevention and remedy, 5) referring. Next, there was a brainstorming session in which the participants and experts could exchange their perspectives. This helped the participants to broaden their horizons and gain in-depth understanding and confidence in implementing the system in all aspects, with a particular focus on knowing students individually. As a whole, the participants’ satisfaction was rated at the high level and their satisfaction on the workshop at the highest level.
3) Regarding the implementation of the supervision and monitoring strategy, the deputy school director for the student affairs administration was assigned by the school director to supervise, monitor, and brainstorm with the participants about the SCSS, particularly in aspect of knowing individual student. It was found that the participants, also as the student advisers, had gained more knowledge and better understanding in the SCSS. This led to higher confidence and resulted in efficient implementation of the system. The satisfaction of the participants, students, and parents was, as a whole, at the high level.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the household waste management in Dongyen Municipality, Mueang Mukdahan district, Mukdahan province in two aspects: general information of the municipality, current situations in waste collection and transport. To collect data, 400 households were randomly selected as a sample group to find out waste quantities, characteristics, components, estimated amount of waste in the next ten years, and routes of household waste collection and transport in the area.
The findings were illustrated as follows. As for general information, Dongyen Municipality covers a total area of 187 square kilometers with a population of 10,158 as indicated in the 2012 civil registration. The population density is 54.33 per a square kilometer. The majority of villagers in the area keeps their waste items outside their houses and gets rid of them by burning. Part of household waste is disposed in farmland or deserted areas. Recycle waste items are usually sold to junk dealers. The average amount of waste generation was 324.25 per day and 0.17 kilogram per person per day. General household waste constituted 52.63 % while organic, recycle and hazardous waste items made up 28.96%, 17.66%, and 0.06% respectively. Waste density was 137.18 kilogram per square meter. The average of waste moisture content was 33.04 %. The expected amount of household waste in the next ten years was 1,815.43 per kilogram per day. Currently, there are no government units responsible for disposing household waste in the municipal area.
Two routes of household waste collection and transport were investigated in this study. The first one starts at Dongyen Municipality, passing Ban Koktabaeng (village no. 5), Ban Samkhua (village no.4), Ban Donsawan (village no.10), Ban Dongyen (village no. 1), Ban Nathong (village no.12) and Ban Phonsawang (village no.6 and 14) in that order. On this route, household waste will be collected and transferred to the waste management center in the Mukdahan City Municipality area on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The total distance on this route is 79.20 kilometer with fuel wastage of 7.8 liter per day. The rate of fuel consumption is 10.15 kilometer per liter and 361 waste containers with a capacity of 12 liters are required.
Regarding the second route, the garbage will be collected on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This route starts at Dongyen Municipality, passing Ban Phuthong (village no. 13), Ban Kokkhamlian (village no.7), Ban Nachan (village no.8), Ban Nongkaen (village no. 2), Ban Kambong (village no.9) and Ban Pongphon (village no.3) and Ban Nonsawan (village no.11) respectively. On this route, the total distance to the waste management center is 67.56 kilometer with fuel wastage of 7.8 liter per day. The rate of fuel consumption is 8.64 kilometer per liter and 289 waste containers with a capacity of 12 liters are required. Moreover, due to the excessive amount of organic and recycle garbage, the municipality should initiate the projects to reduce the amount of household waste in a concrete way. This will also foster collaboration in sustainable waste management with local residents.

This is to certify that Mrs. XXX, of Thai nationality, is a person with no behavior endangering the peace and order of the security of the State. 8.7 Document Amendment
Document amendment occurs when the document has been used and registered by the DC.
When the document needs to be revised and amended, the section or division that is responsible for the document
shall perform some actions to make it complete. Amendment can be made inside the section or when the request
for document amendment is made by customers or individuals.
Process:
8.7.1. The officer in charge notifies his/her superordinate or the section manager about the need to amend
the document. Causes and reasons for document amendment should be specified. The request is made using DAR FM-DC-01.
8.7.2. Once the request is approved, the officer can amend the document.
8.7.3. Amended documents must be clearly indicated--that is to say, once the document is first used, the code
Rev.0 is indicated. However, after the amendment, the code will be changed into Rev.1 and shown on every
page of the document. If the amendment is made in a section (Section) or more than one section, use the code
Rev.1 on every page of the section. In case that 80% of the document is amended, issue a new document and
change Edition 0 (Edition 0) to Edition 1 (Edition 1)
8.7.4.Put the printed document into the document control system or have it registered by DC.
