Source text - English Use this procedure to create a standard billable Job Request with one or more segments.
To begin, click the Job Management link.
Click the Job Request tile.
Company should default; otherwise enter your company code.
If you have the authorization to create Billable and Non-Billable jobs, you will see both radio buttons at the top of the screen. Billable is the default but ensure the Billable radio button is selected.
Office is the lead office that opens the job and has the client relationship. Click in the Office field.
Click to select the applicable office.
LOB* is the lead line of business for the job. Click in the LOB field.
Click the appropriate LOB from the list.
Click in the Customer field.
Type the name of the customer, "novartis".
To retrieve the customer, press "Enter" on your keyboard.
Select the correct customer from the list of available Products. Click on the Product link to select it.
Please take a moment to review the Client, Division and Product to ensure the correct customer was selected.
Note: The customer information at this point can be changed. Once the Job Request is Saved and Submitted, the customer information cannot be changed. A new Job Request will need to be created.
To enter the Job description, click in the Job Description field.
Type "Fall campaign".
Note: The information provided in the Job Description field will copy over to the Estimate output.
The Account Manager is the person who is ultimately responsible for a particular client. They will receive an Outlook message any time there are changes made to the Job.
Click in the Account Manager field.
Type the name of the Account Manager "pierre bedere".
Press "Enter" on your keyboard to confirm the entered name is spelled correctly and available for use in the system.
Click in the Finance Contact field.
The person's Employee ID can also be used to add them as a contact. In this example, type "10183233".
Press "Enter" on your keyboard.
The Finance Contact name now appears in the field.
Click in the Job Type field.
Click to select the appropriate Job Type.
Click in the Job Subtype field.
Click the relevant Job Subtype.
Client PO is an optional field in which the purchase order number provided by the client can be entered. If you do not have it at this time, it can be entered during the estimate creation.
Client Fiscal Year is defaulted based on the client master data. It is changeable if necessary.
Scope of work is defaulted to N/A, but can be changed to "In Scope" or Out of Scope" if necessary. This field is used for reporting purposes only.
Job Indicator defaults to Standard Job. Edit the Job Indicator if necessary. Note: The only reason you would select a different job indicator is if this job is part of a Master/Affiliate, Master/Activity Based job structure. When creating Master/Affiliate or Master/Activity Based jobs, the client and division must be the same as the master job.
Job Contact. This is the agency person responsible for the day to day activities of the job (e.g. production or traffic contact.
Click in the Contact field.
Type "cedric beord".
Press the "Enter" key on your keyboard.
At this point you have entered all the appropriate information for the creation of the Job Request. Scroll to the top of the screen to Save and Submit your request. Click the Scroll up bar.
A job with more than one segment is referred to as multi-segment job. A segment can either be another office or the same office and a different LOB.
If creating a multi-segment Job Request, scroll down to the Participating Office field. Click the Scroll down bar.
Note: All previous steps for setting up a Lead Office on the Job must be completed prior to moving on to the next steps.
Enter the Participating office or the line of business performing the work on the Job. Click in the Participating Office field.
If you do not have the Participating office's information, use Search to locate it. Click Search.
Enter either the name or office number for the participating office. Type "1700".
Press the "Enter" key on your keyboard to execute the search.
Click the applicable participating Office Code.
The segment contact person will receive automatic email notifications when a segment is opened, the status is changed and when intercompany billing is generated. Different segments from the same office (1000-A0 &1000-I0) will not result in intercompany billings; therefore, emails will not be generated.
To input the Participating Segment Contact, click in the Contact field.
Type "riccardo fregoso".
To validate your entry, press "Enter" on your keyboard.
Click the Scroll bar to scroll up.
At this point you have entered all the appropriate information for the creation of a multi-segment Job Request. Click Save & Submit.
A confirmation message appears at the top of the screen indicating the 11-digit Job Request number that was created. Click Close.
Click the Home button.
You have completed a billable Job Request Form for either a single or multiple segment Job.

Cliquez sur le LOB approprié dans la liste.
Cliquez dans le champ Customer.
Saisissez le nom du client, « novartis ».
Pour récupérer le client, appuyez sur la touche Entrée de votre clavier.
Sélectionnez le client correct dans la liste des produits disponibles. Cliquez sur le lien Product pour le sélectionner.
Veuillez prendre un moment pour examiner le client, la division et le produit pour vous assurer que le client correct a été sélectionné.
Remarque : Les informations sur le client à ce point peuvent être modifiées. Une fois que la demande de dossier est sauvegardée et soumise, les informations client ne peuvent pas être changées. Il vous faut créer une nouvelle demande de dossier.
Pour saisir une description du dossier, cliquez sur le champ Job Description.
Saisissez « Fall campaign ».
Remarque : les informations fournies dans le champ Job Description seront recopiées dans la version imprimable du devis.

À ce point, vous avez saisi toutes les informations nécessaires pour créer la demande de dossier. Faites défiler vers le haut de l’écran pour Enregistrer et Soumettre votre requête (bouton). Cliquez sur la barre de défilement vers le haut.
Un dossier comportant plus d’un segment est appelé dossier multi-segments. Un segment peut être soit un autre bureau, soit le même bureau avec un secteur d’activité différent.
En cas de création d’une demande de dossier multi-segments, faites défiler vers le bas jusqu’au champ Participating Office. Cliquez sur la barre de défilement vers le bas.
Remarque : Toutes les étapes permettant de définir un bureau principal sur le dossier doivent être terminées avant de passer aux étapes suivantes.
Saisissez le bureau participant ou le secteur d’activité qui effectue le travail sur le dossier. Cliquez sur le champ Participating Office.
Si vous ne disposez pas des informations sur le bureau participant, utilisez la recherche pour les localiser. Cliquez sur Search.
Saisissez le nom ou le numéro de bureau pour le bureau participant. Tapez « 1700 ».
Appuyez sur la touche « Entrée » de votre clavier pour lancer la recherche.
Cliquez sur le Code de bureau (Office Code) participant applicable.
Le contact pour le segment reçoit des notifications automatiques lorsqu’un segment est ouvert, lorsque le statut est modifié et lorsqu’une facturation inter-société est générée. Différents segments du même bureau (1000-A0 &1000-I0) ne peuvent résulter en des facturations inter-société ; par conséquent, aucun email n’est généré.
Pour saisir le contact du segment participant, cliquez sur le champ Contact.
Tapez "riccardo fregoso".
Pour valider votre saisie, appuyez sur la touche « Enter » de votre clavier.
Cliquez sur la barre de défilement pour remonter.
À ce point, vous avez saisi toutes les informations appropriées permettant la création de la demande de dossier multi-segment. Cliquez sur Save & Submit.
Un message de confirmation apparaît en haut de l’écran indiquant le numéro de demande de dossier à 11 caractères qui a été créé. Cliquez sur Close.
Cliquez sur le bouton Home.
Vous venez de saisir un formulaire de demande de dossier facturable pour un dossier à segment unique ou multi-segments.
