I have been working in Japanese video-game industry for the past three and a half years in both localization and production. Three of those years were at major game development and production firms in Tokyo where I worked on mobile, VR, and online games covering genres including shooters, puzzle games, sports games, strategy games, and turn based role playing games. My experience with these extended past basic localization to game development, testing, production, and post-release management.
