As pointed out by one of the colleagues, it depends where you use the term. As born and raised in Argentina but with 30 years in Spain, I can tell you "leche hervida" means she is easily upset but it does not last long, in both countries, "agua hervida" is a term I've never heard neither in Argentina nor in Spain and "calentona" in Argentina generally means "bad tempered" but in Spain, definitely, "horny".
