Sorry It was not my intention to bother you.
I have done an intensive research, but this specific translation happens to be quite like the translation of a dictionary. And most of these expressions are handled by bilingual professionals or specialized translators.
I have waited to clear some of my doubts until the last minute -and this was my last resource. And since the translation is very long, ok, there were quite a few.

I really think you are overdoing the dentistry questions. We are not dictionaries...you could at least make an effort at the research and then come and ask us....
