Is the text poorly written in other parts? a "valvula antiretorno" is a check valve. A flapper check valve (or swing check valve) is a particular type of check valve that might be used on a blower. "clapper check valve" is a more remote possibility, but I think those are used for fire hydrants, not airflow systems.
