Hello. I'm translating some home care nursing notes for a patient who has suffered a multiple trauma.
The nurse administers "1 cp de A.P. 46" at night, at the request of the patient's family. I have been unable to work this one out, and any help would be greatly aprpeciated. It may be something to help the patient sleep.
