@dsmenier Perante as sugestões apresentadas, talvez o/a colega possa pesquisar no seu texto completo e no Google se o "rel. Des." (com o nome que o/a colega naturalmente escondeu) aparece com a categoria de "relator desembargador" ou de "relator designado" em alguma parte no texto ou em alguma publicação oficial. Judge-rapporteur

I believe rel. Des. is short for "relator, desembargador", which would be "judge-rapporteur" in English, as you can see in the article below from the European Commission website. It's the judge assigned to write the case report.

Reporting High Justice

Relator = reporting judge
Desembargador = high justice

You definetly don't know the legal jargon, my dear. It is definetly "reporting". Do your research and find out.

Pensei nisso, mas pode ser um "typo", como tantas vezes acontece. E a minha sugestão tem bastante/médio cabimento.//Costumo dar "neutral" quando tenho a certeza que a sugestão está errada. E não quando "não me parece ser a palavra certa".
