Massa per asse a carico massimo
Percentuale di **massa aderente** (in tutte le condizioni di carico) [the figure given for this is >0.67]
Any ideas? I certainly haven't heard of "adherent mass" in English, but you never know...

It is what the MoT call: kerb weight. I.e. the veicle weight ready to roll. In your case the tram kerb weight(mass)is greater than 67% its total weight when full of people as specified: all seats taken + 6 passengers to the square metre of standing room.
