I'd say the counterclaim goes on from the VAT tratment applied to the commissions charged to this subsidiary (for an appeal that was dismissed see below thanks), just can't find the correct term

La contestazione de qua muove dall’analisi del trattamento IVA applicato da xxx alle commissioni di billing credit addebitate alla consociata xxxx Inc.
