I totally agree Italian governments have been known for their stinginess in these kind of things. :-)
It doesn't change the meaning of the word "ripartizionale" in *this* context.

Stefano's reference It would seem that the Italian government couldn't afford the extra fee required for a spell check on that translation and for "power products" I imagine they mean "energy products".

by distribution / or just nothing

The regional figure gives the distribution by regions in Italy and is therefore "by distribution" while the national figure doesn't give a distribution, so the word "distribuzionale" is just underlining what is obvious anyway and probably best just omitted.
