I'm translating a document similar to the below info found online:
A fine 2010 si registrano volumi di speso con carta di credito (issuing) pari a 25 mld euro. Lo speso medio per carta e' cresciuto dell'1,8% passando da 3.780 a 3.850 euro. I volumi di negoziato complessivo (acquiring) sono saliti a circa 29 mld euro, con un incremento del 5,4% rispetto ai 27,5 mld dell'esercizio precedente.
