I would hesitate to add something like 'green' or 'eco-friendly' if they are not mentioned. These terms are not new in Italian. I believe if they wanted to say green or eco-friendly, they would have. However, the rest of the context is still for me an unknown and the choice of terms is entirely yours Federica.

How could you find the name of the company website?
I don't see why they've felt the need to coin a word for it: "plant-based" works perfectly well. You'll need to adapt the first couple of sentences, as otherwise you'll be saying " plant based means based on plants".
