Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (1): philgoddard

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Discussion

James (Jim) Davis May 15, 2015:
Thanks Jo it helps I'd definitely go for reconciliation differences.
Jo Macdonald (asker) May 15, 2015:
Although there's really not much more to be had Variazioni risultanti dallo Stato Patrimoniale

Differenza non riconciliata

Si osserva in primis l’esistenza di alcune differenze non riconciliate tra i valori di stato patrimoniale e i corrispondenti valori di conto economico (€ xx mila nel xxxx ed € xxx mila nel xxxx), ambedue riferibili alle rimanenze di materie prime;
Jo Macdonald (asker) May 15, 2015:
OK Jim I'll post some more context
James (Jim) Davis May 14, 2015:
17 words of context. I translate thousands of pages a year on balance sheets and income statements, but the keyhole you have given me to look through is not quite large enough to do anything more than guess. Come on Jo, be generous. More context. Just copy and paste please, tweny lines costs you little, maybe gives you a much better answer and saves everybody time.

unreconciled differences

this is what I would use in an accounting context
Peer comment(s):

agree James (Jim) Davis : From Jo's extra context, it does look very much like a reconciliation, as if the trial balance didn't balance.
