Dan saya rasa frasa ini sekadar "pemungkas ketaksaan" atas dua kata sebelumnya: dibatalkan dan diganti. Orang yang suka cari perkara dan gara-gara bisa pura-pura pilon dengan menafsirkan mis. dibatalkan = dibalik (beli menjadi jual, bukan menjadi tidak beli), sebab salah satu makna cancel dalam bahasa Inggris adalah negate/neutralize. Dengan kata all effects, bolong yang dicari-cari itu tersumbat tuntas.
