: close to being correct, however should be "parental". IMO "care" is also included in "parental responsibilities" by default, thus it is superfluous to say "care and parenting..."

There is a clear difference between "parental (ouderlijk)" and "parenting (opvoeding)" --> parenting responsibilities (opvoedingstaken). To me, "care" and "parenting" are not exactly synonyms and try Google "care and parenting responsibilities"
