Dutch term

Rechtergroeve van Morenheim

Dutch to English Medical Medical (general)
In a cardiac patient, a pacemaker is being implanted. The first stage is to administer lidocaine "ter hoogte van de rechtergroeve van Morenheim".
I can't find much for this phrase - does anyone know what it is, and what it might correspond to in English please?

Thanks

Mohrenheim's fossa

Dutch is notoriously careless with silent Hs in German names...
