heat-stroke
When one wears an overall under his fire-proof things, it may get too hot for him. He will start to sweat. The sweat cannot evaporate and lead to high humidity levels under the fire-protecting material (which is sealed from the air?). The combination of dehydration and overheating leads to a heat-stroke: pain in musscles, oncoordination, fainting, etc. Compare sun-stroke when outside.
Example sentence:
one may have (get) a heat-stroke
