worry-free
I double checked if this is originally English (insecure logistics) linking to some theorizing but I cannot find anything. Ontzorgen may be a typical Dutch new word, for which 'worry-free' in this context may fit.

unburdening
"For example, when the in-house call center is saturated, the outsourced service provider can handle the overflow of calls and ***unburden*** the customer's center." (http://vital-concept.co.uk/Why outsource.html)
"Payment and remittance processing in the auto insurance industry is about to face its most significant changes of the last 25 years. The impact and benefit of automating payment processing and the ***unburdening*** of the customer service required to support a manual payment function is the first re-engineering breakthrough in years." (www.mitchell.com/mitch/assets/pdf/AutoPay-WhitePaper.pdf)
"'The business case analysis for power conditioning: An ROI study of ***unburdening*** service costs from the bottom line' highlights how the highly competitive power quality and UPS market, which has been largely driven by price, has done little to demonstrate to customers how much power disturbances are costing their business and how power quality technology can deliver cost savings directly to the bottom line." Incidentally, I thought I might add Aart van den End's suggestion from the Juridisch-Economisch Lexicon:
'ontzorgen' = 'making life easier'
