2. ходатайствовать об разрешении об оспаривании (апелляции?) (leave from any court… мы знаем, что для оспаривания (апелляции) нужно сначала получить разрешение в суде, а оно дается не каждым судом, а определенными судами (from any such [granting the appellants demand to appeal] court…

не совсем также понятно "from any such court" - рассматривается лишь the Delaware Court of Chancery.Почему его называют "любой такой суд"?
