Google suggests usage is very specific to Guatemala. An online definition says:

"Es la suma del capital primario más el capital complementario, deduciendo de la misma las inversiones en acciones de bancos nacionales y extranjeros, sociedades financieras, compañías aseguradoras, compañías afianzadoras, almacenes generales de depósito, empresas especializadas de servicios financieros, y el capital asignado a las sucursales en el exterior."

Sounds like "patrimonio/capital contable" to me.

El capital contable no es otro que el mismo patrimonio, la diferencia resultante de restar los pasivos a los activos.

Computable Wealth

Came across this term used this report (I believe prepared in Guatemala): Estudio de la Economía Nacional. See English and Spanish version in the links below. Patrimonio computable appears several times in the Spanish source. Both Computable Wealth and computable patrimony (not fond of "patrimony" myself).
