It is an inspection to a container and cargo ... when describing the cause of the goods rejection - flour packed in 50 kg bags - it says "... mofo devido a umidade ... condensação do ar entre os sacos embarcados em clima frio e úmido (temperatura minima de .... com umidade de ... nas primeiras horas do dia ... na época do ano em que a carga foi ****estufada****) ... "
As far as I know, ESTUFADA has to do with heating, but doesn't sound right in this context ... it flour heated or dried before shipping???

the load overheated . .
"Estufar" must be related to "estufa", which must be a greenhouse . . Therefore, "estufar" must be related to heat. I agree that it doesn't make too much sense, but I believe the author is trying to say that things are heating up!
