Portuguese to English Medical Surveying Master's degree paper

Hi everyone,

This is a Brazilian paper evaluating emergency medical services provided by highway concessionaires in the Campinas region of São Paulo. The term above is used in the title of the paper, as follows:

"LOGÍSTICA DO **ATENDIMENTO DOS SERVIÇOS PRÉ-HOSPITALAR MÓVEL** DAS CONCESSIONÁRIAS DE RODOVIAS"


The text then refers to "atendimento pré-hospitalar" with (APH), and as it's used throughout the whole of the paper I want to check the term in English. Would 'emergency medical services' (EMS) be the best way to translate these terms? Or 'prehospital care'? Does the 'móvel' make a difference? The translation is to US English.
