just to try and help. The fact that the key word is filare and it can only be connected to the ethymology of wire I suggest that wired circuit: automation circuit and burgular alarm circuit would fit. Just a guess

Is this is a security system? alarms and sensors, etc? I think 'filare' may refer to the 'wired' part of the set-up, as opposed to what is wireless and radio/remote controlled. this site has a whole lot of manuals in both IT and EN:
