If I had to split them up I'd say 'A.F.' and 'S.S.D', since I have other documents with reference to 'Attività formativa/fondamentale' with letter grades in the column. I am also similarly guessing that S.S.D. might be course code, but I need the translation of the acronym, and confirmation of my assumption.
