This is a corporate manaement guidlelines document laying down management structures/ responsabilities/organigramme etc I presume AD is Amministratore delegato ie CEO/MD (although this might be a biot too high up) and the riporto , reports to them. Not quite sure how to say this , ideally UK english but I'll take all suggestions

A report, in business jargon, is someone who reports to you. There's no way of knowing exactly what this means, but I'd assume it's the person who's third in command.
Example sentence:
