terminal pliers
From the refereinced website this aa pliers-like tool designed to ease insertion and clamping of wires in a particlar type of terminal.
For lack of a better name, I'd suggest 'terminal pliers' (althogh there are others types of terminal pliers, such as for crimping terminals onto wires). If you want to be more pedantic, perhaps 'terminal clamp actuation pliers'.
