I know abfahren auf etw literally means 'to be crazy about sth' but I was unsure if this is the case here or is it referring to the way you can travel to Legoland? The whole text is basically about the new train advertising Legoland.

: I think, "abfahren" is important here, since it refers to the new train. Additionaly, "ab jetzt" shouldn't be transaleted as "currently", because visitors from now on are excited, since the tain just now started to service them

From now on/as of now etc. are not suitable here. Currently/now means "Jetzt" so I dropped "ab". Thanks anyways. Happy new year! :)

Who said it wasn't basic? I know abfahren means depart/sail away etc. The meaning here is metaphorical as in crazed & excited.
