Hello all!
Does anyone know what the following list is called, either in German or English? And how would you translate "die ihre Interessen gegenüber dem Bundestag und der Bundesregierung vertreten dürfen"? It seems I'm having a mental block today - the phrase I want is on the tip of my tongue but just out of reach!
"Der X ist beim Präsidenten des Bundestages in die öffentliche Liste der Verbände eingetragen, die ihre Interessen gegenüber dem Bundestag und der Bundesregierung vertreten dürfen."
Thanks very much!
Hilary ;-)

How about:
"(The) X is recorded with the Pres. of the BT in the public listing of (recognised) associations, the members of which may represent their interests to the BT and the BR."
Basically, Lobbyists!
